By accessing and using WebPlanetFinance ("Service," "Application," "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You") and WebPlanetFinance ("We," "Us," "Our").

2. Description of Service

WebPlanetFinance is a cloud-based invoice and financial management application that enables users to:

  • Create, manage, and send invoices
  • Track customers and suppliers
  • Manage inventory and stock
  • Generate financial reports
  • Process payments and track transactions
  • Manage VAT and tax calculations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Do not share your account credentials with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information

7. Payment and Billing

7.1 Subscription Plans

The Service may offer free and paid subscription plans. Pricing, features, and limits are described on our pricing page.

7.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7.3 Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, except for taxes based on our net income.

8. Service Availability

8.1 Uptime

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits

Important: You should maintain adequate insurance and backups for your business data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebPlanetFinance from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
  • Your data or content uploaded to the Service

11. Tax Compliance

While the Service provides tax calculation features (e.g., VAT, sales tax), you are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring tax calculations are correct for your jurisdiction
  • Filing all required tax returns and reports
  • Maintaining compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Consulting with a qualified tax professional or accountant

We are not tax advisors and do not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

12.1 Retention Period

  • Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
  • Closed Accounts: Data is retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting laws
  • Legal Hold: Data may be retained longer if required by law or legal proceedings

12.2 Account Deletion

You can request account deletion at any time. A 30-day grace period allows you to cancel the deletion. After deletion, data is anonymized or permanently deleted, except where legal retention is required.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

  • Internet outages or infrastructure failures

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
